Do you offer returns?
Because our items are custom-made just for you, each order is crafted on demand to fulfill your unique purchase. Unfortunately, we can't process returns as each order is final and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the USA, but are working to expand our international capabilities
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our orders are made on demand and custom to your order. Due to their custom nature, our shipping times are typically as follows:

What are the care instructions for blankets?
Fleece and Sherpa Blankets: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low heat
Signature Collection Blankets: Machine wash on a regular cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Can be dry cleaned.
What are the care instructions for pillowcases?
Signature Collection Velveteen pillowcases: Easy care, machine wash in cold water with a phosphate-free detergent, lay flat to dry, do not bleach, can also be dry cleaned
Signature Collection Cotton Canvas pillowcases: Machine wash cold or warm water with a mild detergent. Hang to dry. Iron on cotton setting. Can be dry cleaned. Do not bleach
All other Throw Pillowcases: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low heat
What are the care instructions for acrylic trays?
Use acrylic cleaner and polish with a cotton microfiber cloth. Do not use any product that contains ammonia.
What are the care instructions for tea towels?
For the first washing, rinse separately from other laundry with cold water. Following the rinse, run a normal cycle with cold water and detergent. Machine dry on high. Wash normally in cold water for subsequent washings. Can be dry cleaned. Do not bleach.
What are the care instructions for Baby Minky Lovey Blankets?
Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), gentle cycle, mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat.
